Hello, as of yesterday, I can not watch any chess videos. I keep getting this error:

The video playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the video used features your browser did not support: http://d1qwhygwfa4r9i.cloudfront.net/videos/origin/Positional Sacrifice 2.mp4

I am using google chrome and have cleared all my browsing data/cookies but still, no go.

Quickest way to get action is to submit a ticket to Help & Support.  Just follow the links starting down at the bottom next to the green pawn.

Try Firefox or internet explorer.

Thank you.

Just checked and it worked in IE. But would rather not have to use IE, just for chess.com.

I have the same problem.

Is there a solution yet?

Part of the problem IMHO is the weird software they use here for the videos. BUT I watch them using Chrome or Firefox although they frequently crap out after several minutes and have to be reloaded. Not sure if this is my problem or chess.coms, I just restart the video and move the progress slide bar over to wherever it stopped ie 10:23 minutes into the video or whatever.

It would help to know what browser add-ons or plug-ins are needed to watch the videos here (if any) and which ones may cause conflicts. The staff should be able to provide this info for you and they need to know your OS/browser info. My blog may or may not be useful here but it's worth peeking at anyway
