Yes. It started doing it on this morning. No solution found thus far. I hope it get fixed soon somehow - or someone finds a solution.

Android app is still crashing on my Lenovo Android tablet. Upgraded table O/S to latest version and restarted. It still crashed. Deleted and reinstalled app. Still crashing. Also did a full powered restart. IOS client is working fine. Haven't tried it on my Kindle fire yet All my other tablet apps are working fine..

Thanks! You use v.3.3.42 right? On which screen are you getting that crash? The fix will be included to next update soon.

It is crashing when I try to the message screen. I tap on a message and it give an error message and crashes and it is the latest version. Seems to work ok on my Kindle Fire, at least so far.

Chess.com app is crushing on my mobile device with Android Kitkat 4.4.4. The device is 64-bit myPhone AXE LTE. The problem appeared few weeks ago. Any activity including reinstallation is unsuccessful. Can anybody help me/us to fix the problem? Thank you in advance for any help.

Yep every time I move my left rook playing the computer it crashes. On iPhone 8
The app is still crashing on iPhone when I play games against the computer. Please help :(

Same here with app v3.8.28 on iPhone X iOS 11.4: cannot play the computer since yesterday

Is anyone having this issue my chess.com app is crashing as soon as I open it. I'm using an android device.ive been playing for a year now n this has never happened before.ive tried reinstalling the app n restarting my phone also hasn't helped solve the issue
