Chess.com app keeps crashing

I love this app but recently every time I open it it crashes and restarts my phone. What should I do?

Hi Josh i did as you instructed but the app is still causing my phone to restart. Any advice?

I changed my old Samsung Galaxy S6 to a Samsung Galaxy J3 and since November 2018, I have only managed to play one full 10 minute game.  I am sometimes lucky and can make about 3 moves before the game crashes making look like I keep aborting the games and watching my low rating drop even lower.  Chess.com did try and help but do not seem to want to know anymore as their solution did not fix the problem.  I bought an SD memory card thinking that this would help but it doesn't.  I would be grateful for any useful suggestions.  Thank you  

I use Firefox, I have the latest modem from my internet supplier (I have to rent it along side my usual broadband fee) I have at least 10mbps upload all day and chess.com crashes with certain regularity. Odd that nothing else crashes, like the usual media, youtube, newspaper videos etc etc. It never crashes on the daily games only the timer games. why oh why is that? Just as a thank you I will not subscribe again until chess.com can guarantee a complete non drop out service. That, or we get a refund of $1.00 everytime we get a crash. that would fix it.

my chess.com application is crashing as i am entering into the tournament. Playing for past months but didn't occurred such problems. I tried reinstalling app and restarting the phone,still i the problem not solved.

iám playing in a asus vivobook s14/s15. connect trough chrome.

What's your Chrome version? Do you have Extensions installed?

I have extensions, chat sonic, Eightify: AI .Online Security and my version is the Versão 122.0.6261.128 (Compilação oficial) (64 bits)

My first guess is your security extension may be at issue. You might try disabling all of them and testing. If that works, enable one at a time and test.
