chess.com apps not working

the app crushes on iphone and ipad all the time.  and sometimes when an error occurs one time, you can never open it, unless I delete the app and download again. yes ,It caused games to get abandonned, for sure. I hope the new version comes as soon as possible...

my landing page hardly loads anymore

fixed, username always gives me that error as the picture above shows.  when i login using my email then it works.

Do you have the Play & Learn version of the app? What does it say when you try?

I have no sound when the pieces are moved. I cannot play unless I am at a computer (until the sound stops working there too).

Played 4 times just made 1 move and the app says I lost each time. This is Bulls**t. Lost a lot of points, that I can't get back
