@chess.com email will not work, cannot login

I've been a member of chess.com for quite a while now, and I have never been able to log into my chess.com email. I open up the login page, type in my "email" as "deitrich@chess.com", which is what it should be, along with my password. Every single time I get "Error: Login failed - Username or password is incorrect"  How can I fix this?

I have the same problem. And I have been a member for more than a year...

Hopefully there's staff or admin on here that can shed some light on this...
