Chess.com Email

Ok, this is going to sound very noobish, but here goes:

How do I access my Chess.com email inbox? On my profile, it says: My Email: New. Whenever I click new, it brings up a window that doesn't do anything. When I go to mail.chess.com, my password doesn't work. Anyone have any advice?

Why don't you talk to the chess.com staff about it?

I am really sorry folks, that Atmail upgrade caused us a lot of headache and the team are working to get it fixed. We have the Carlsen event in a couple of days so things are crazy busy here now. We will get it fixed though :(
