Then, if you opened the ticket via the following link then something is either wrong with the email provided there or it likely isn't getting to your inbox and might be getting flagged and filtered.

Haha, no I am using a Nokia 920 (Microsoft is new to me I usually am a Droid man) and when the mobile app messes up it asks to send a complaint about it and when I select "ok" it uses my Gmail account although I made this account via FB. My email is MANEWBERRY937@GMAIL.COM and I've also uses MNEWBERRY936@GMAIL.COM (they are both linked to this phone and the app hasn't let me log in via fb. Now my mobile browser isn't showing the post a pic button in my forum om starting. I don't think this is an issue with my phone but possibly the site may or may not be compatible with my mobile browser?
That probably won't get much better results. Tickets are the best and I was told by a staff member that tickets are answered witin a couple days. If a reply isn't received it is likely a problem with the email entered in the ticket.
Also, if you never received the automated message that gets sent when opening a ticket then that is even more likely.
Finally, I don't know how well supported Windows mobile devices are. The site works really well on Android, for what it's worth.
I'm pretty sure that group is handled in a very similar manner to this forum. The primary assistance comes from other members.
Staff occasionally sees this but it is hit or miss.
Thanks guys, sooooo what should I do when it cones to the email? I see a bunch of coded words within the email and technical jargon then I just type what's going on and press send, do I have to register my Gmail account with chess.com in order to get a ticket when the mobile app messes up?
With the ticketing system linked above, you need to fill in all the fields and include a valid email to get a reply. Shortly aftet you hit send you should receive an automated reply telling you that you should be contacted in 1-2 business days.
If you are not receiving that initial email, then there is likely a problem with it getting filtered or a typo in the actual ticket you filled out.
I believe you can also send a message to support@chess.com but the preferred method is the form.
I haven't been able to log in via Facebook through my mobile app for OVER a month. Now that I'm making my very first forum on my mobile browser it is not showing the buttons that would enable me to post a pic of my chess games, the explanation box appears with a link on how to use them, but not the buttons itself. I've sent constant emails in regards to this problem. I'm using a Nokia 920 Lumia correct me if I got the numbers wrong but you get my point.
