Look at your stats. Click on the Online stats to get more info. It says your average is 9 hours per move.
You didn't include a link to the tournament. There have been a lot of those tournaments recently. Here is one:

This one says its max is 3 hours per move.
You've only played 45 games so you should be able to lower your average time/ move pretty quickly.
I think that the tournaments started in reaction to tournaments being dragged out by some players using every minute of available time.
I'd like to join but its rejecting me with the following error message:
Sorry, your average time per move is too high for this tournament! You must have an average time per move less than 3 hours to register.
I don't find anywhere on the site, stats or otherwise, that tells me what my average time per move is. Also, it seems kind of weird. It's a 24 hour time control per move. I play plenty of those games, and I never time out on my move. Kind of lame restriction.
