chess.com "Help" will not reply to help request

Live chess is not available yet. (It works fine on the old version.

Also, you didn't say when you wrote your 3 emails.  So we can't judge whether or not you have given them a reasonable time to respond.

1) What operating system do you use? (windows 7, 8, Ubuntu, Mac OSX, Android, IOS)

2) What device do you use? (PC, MAC, Mobile, Tablet?)

3) What web browser are you using (Chrome? Safari? IE? Firefox?)
