Hello, I have paid Rs. 425 (INR) through moneybookers.com to Chess.com ( moneybookers@chess.com ) for up-gradation to Platinum membership. However my account is not yet upgraded and I did not get any notification from Chess.com either! When can I expect my account to be upgraded ?
