yes every broadcast is saved. Go to the Chess.com/TV page and look for the tab that says "Videos". The newer and most recent ones are listed right at the top, the older ones you need to scroll down for.
And if you're interested, come join the Official Chess.com/TV Group. 
All of the HOSTS are there and everything that has to do with Chess.com/TV originates from there. There is a lot of Host interaction and the group was formed a little over 6 months ago.
