Sometimes the superb support bot freezes and stops responding, reopening the conversation helped me (I closed and opened the pop-up window again). The statement about the email is true so keep trying to make the superb support bot talk

My subscription renewed today but I would like to cancel it and get a refund since I'm too busy to play much chess at the moment, though I might re-activate it again in the future. I've tried to request a refund by talking to the AI Chessica, but I'm getting absolutely no response. I saw on another thread that emails send to support@chess.com aren't being responded to anymore, is that true?
Anyway, making a forum post now since I'm not sure how else I can talk to a real human. Really not a fan of putting AI in front of everything, especially when it doesn't work.
Can anyone tell me what else I should do to get a refund? Thanks.
