Hi,

Leaving a message here for chess.com to fix chesskid issue I have had for the past day or so. I have left couple of support messages there and there has been no response.

Recently I bought 1 year of chesskid.com gold membership for my kid . It was all working fine. Now after a week, I see that the account has reverted back to regular account and is asking me to buy gold all over again to use its features. 

As I am seeing no response from support on chesskid. I thought I should leave a message here to see if this can be addressed.

could you please look into it?

If this is something that cant be fixed, I will claim a refund on the same.

Chess.com has been swamped with customer service requests owing to a recent surge in usage owing to covid-19 and their turnaround time has suffered. It is probably the same at Chesskid.com.

I am sure they will fix your issue if you are patient. Did you write an email to support@chesskid.com? Putting "Chesskid billing

office" in

the subject line might help get it to the right person faster.

5 days and still nothing. So maybe refund is the way to go. No response even after sending an email.

You posted only 2 days ago that you were going to send out an email.

Most places let their employees enjoy weekends, even chess.com.

I would wait.

A refund involves the same process.
