chesskid gold membership problem
Thank you Ronald. I did that. The send button in the help area still doesn't work for me...but I'll hope maybe by tommorow things might be better. Thanks!
Did you fill out the Capsha box?? If so, does it kick you back to the question page, or just freeze??
I have tried to contact chess.com support for this problem, but cannot get the help message to ever send. There is a problem on the contact page... as well as this next problem I'm reporting. I have just purchased a bunch of gold memberships for kids who I have added as chess club members to my chesskid.com account. Chesskid.com says I have gold memberships available to assign. But everytime I click on a kids name and select the button to "assign gold membership," the chesskid website returns a red error message saying "you have no gold memberships to assign." But I just bought and was billed for 20 memberships, and received an email confirmation that they are available to assign. So what gives? Why can't I assign them? Any ideas?
I'll be handling your issue for you as I'm the site manager for chesskid.com :)
