This category is mostly answered by other members and most probably can't help with that site. You could always open a ticket here and maybe they could pass it along to the head of chesskid support.

Some of the issues are still being ignored so I'll ask here. Why does a perfect score not garauntee you at least shared 1st place. What are the tiebreaks there using ? I once reported a smurf cheat which cost me 200 points when I was in ths provisional stage on the site and they told me theyd get back to me about weather the person did or didnt cheat but no one has. They also lied saying they cant refund the points even if I am right but they've refunded the points to another user before (not cheating but disconnection due to the site being down for maintence) and refunding for cheating should be apart of that.
To date ive had 2 perfect scores were I wasnt given at least shared 1st place, 2 disconnection that lasted only 15-30sec which was counted as a loss. Cheated out of 200 points and worse of all is how all this got completely ignored and one lie. I decided yesterday to stop playing there and I was supposed to get a refund on my membership buy (i frustratingly havent had the chance to see if they really put it back and I have doubts because of the way they handled everything else)
I played there for fun but these are some major issues being ignored so much so it zapped the fun right out of playing there. Its legit the worse site ive played on because the cuatomer service is unbelieveable and I'll be sure to spread my mistreatment to anyone considering playing there.

If you post a link to the tournament, we can help with explaining the tiebreaks.
I don't know about Chesskid cheating detection. I don't know if they refund points. I can guess they don't discuss individual cases with members. You should join the Cheating Forum here to learn more.

I've had a few issues on chesskid recently and the worst one being facing a cheat. I caught them in a lie and now all my concerns are being completely ignored. I askd for a refund I was so fed up and they responded by giving me that then continued to ignore all my other concerns.
