Close app reopen and start new game gets you back. Lose some time on clock. Happens alot to me to recently
Hi all, I hope this helps.. when the game freezes try hitting “Resign” but then UNCONFIRM. This seems to unfreeze the game every time. Interested to know if it works for everyone?
Same problem here. Several times a day recently. Could do with a response from a moderator.

Cómo es posible que mi reloj se sigue corriendo luego de mi jugada y la del contrincante que está perdiendo termina ganando la partida por abandono??! No tengo más ganas de jugar. Ya he perdido varías partidas por esta razón y no tiene ningún sentido. Son los jugadores tramposos que hacen esto o es simplemente un problema que no han podido resolver los programadores de chess.com ?

iOS players, version v3.9.16 (approved earlier today by Apple) should fix these clock and reconnection issues. Is anyone on that version (you can see the version # at the bottom of the Settings menu) still seeing these issues? Thank you!
I was in a blitz game and my clock froze, at first I thought it was my opponent’s move but his wasn’t moving either. I couldn’t move any of my pieces and 2 minutes later my clock timed out and I lost the match. Does anyone know why this happens?
