Clock settings?

I notice that when playing an online game (not live) that the clock only shows a broad time remaining like "2 Days"  Is there a setting somewhere to change this to to see hours/minutes/seconds?  

Even if you go in the "details" tab of the UI, you still only see Days and Hours.  It would be nice to see Days Hours Minutes...and then when it's getting close to end time, to get to the second level.  

Is this possible?

I thought that it starts showing hours when it's less than 2 days left.
