I've submitted the recovery form, but I haven't been able to contact support or anything.

just tell them that i didnt know what i did wrong can you tell me what i have done wrong and i will not do it again, you should be able to get your account back if you do this

Eso no significa nada. Tienes que pedirle al soporte que apruebe oficialmente tu segunda cuenta. Puedes crear otra cuenta sin aprobación, ya que no tiene el mismo correo electrónico, pero podrías ser baneado.
