Club Owner - Landing Page Manager - cannot upload picture and change the current one

Hello,

I have a club on chess.com apropos I'm the owner of the club but I have no control over my "landing page" more precisely I can't upload new image (picture) and the description field is "science fiction" to me and I can't leave it empty it won't accept it as empty. What should I put in "Description field" ?

As you can see on the picture I provide I cannot upload another picture that I have prepared for my club landing page. And this "Description" field is not clear what it is at all. If I have to do web design thing like HTML code in it I really don't have knowledge about that. So if someone among the chess.com staff can help me to upload a new image for my landing page it would be great.
