When I try to change the background and avatar of my club on the chess.com app, it doesnt work!😭

It’s hasn’t works for about 2 months but I keep forgetting to make a forum on it...

But the avatar you can change on the app by scrolling allllll the way to the bottom on the left side to settings, go to the second option, and change avatar

Android doesn't have Clubs, so can't be that. I assumed the OP meant the website.

The chess.com app?

In general, when referring to the app, the standalone iOS or Android app is assumed. If you mean the website, the problem, and possible solution, would be different.

It’s happening on the iOS for me

iOS on a web browser? Or the standalone app? Maybe I need to get access to an Apple mobile device and see what is in the newest app, if it's that.

App iOS for me but I am on a 6s phone... but that shouldn’t be a problem, right?

6s phone could be the problem  You never know. That is why we ask.  Let me check on this and I will get back.

I run the app v3.8.55 on iPhone 6 and I don’t see a club access option.

Are you running the beta version of the app?

I am in the beta chess club as well yes

If you're accessing web pages through the app, then you're working with an embedded browser which may not have the full functionality of a stand alone browser.

This beta club, https://www.chess.com/club/chess-com-beta, won't impact beta on the app, just the website. Though, do you have the same problem when logging directly into the site with the browser, bypassing the app completely?

I believe there is a filesize limit as well, so you might verify that isn't the case. 

Same problem on the computer

You go to daily tournaments, and then it looks just like the website.
