Community Guidelines or Sportsmanship Policy?

It says SP in the message, but I didn't cheat, sandbag, abandon, stall, etc...

I had bad connections in live games, and I posted about it. Then, I went and selected 3 day daily instead. Now you have ~15 games ending prematurely because some [removed -- MS] moderator has decided to close that account.

due to bad connection your games would have been quit causing sandbagging/stalling

causing your account ban , not because of any moderator . although if you think that was a mistake from site's end contact support and ask them to recover your account .

If you are proven innocent your account would be given back else if its your 1st time banned you can be given a chance to reopen on an agreement of some terms with staff depending on extent of violation .

There was no violation. There is nothing to agree on. I don't represent their bad servers. They represent their bad servers. All other sites load fine. I shouldn't be punished for their faulty servers.

They then prevent me from posting on the accounts I make so I have to keep making new ones.

This is what they do. They make you reconfirm your email address, but when you request them to resend for verification, you get this. They put a red circle with exclamation mark preventing you from posting pictures. This is how they operate.
