Computer Analysis

Hi, Why does the computer analysis no longer work?

Not given option to choose "Quick", "Deep", etc.

So the programme cannot proceed.

On my laptop. Windows 8.1, Firefox.

So when you click on the orange start analysis button, you’re not seeing a new analysis browser tab open?

Can you try another browser such as Chrome?

I don't have an orange button.

I click on the symbol that looks like a computer with a magnifying glass. This takes me to the Analysis page, but then I cannot continue because the buttons for Quick, Deep, etc. are missing.

The computer analysis is working OK for me with Windows 10 and the Chrome browser.

Have you tried the Chrome browser?

Hi. This is where I get to when I hit computer analysis.I can get to the analysis if I first go back to archive. But it's a hassle, and I can't understand why the function has been dropped.
