I've wondered this in the past but unable to do it. I ended up buying Fritz which i use to assist me in analsing all my games. You can also download Chess DB for free and then use the engine with it or get a free engine. Its really good but a little complicated to use. on the other hand i had Fritz mastered very quickly.
Computer analysis for uploaded games?

I really like chess.com's computer analysis for games completed here. But I want to use it to analyze an OTB game I completed today. Is there some way I can upload the game to chess.com and have it analyzed?
