Is there access to this ticket system? Since I play mostly 960 games, I would be quite interested in seeing the progress of this ticket.
On another path: can you recommend some software that I can use on my machine to produce similar assessments of played games?

No, there's no non-staff access to that system. The ticket is currently in "Planning" status, and I honestly have no idea when we'll make further progress with it, given everything that's going on.
I'm not sure about alternative software. As a Mac user, I could get analysis for a 960 game easily enough (see short test game below) by importing the PGN into ExaChess and then annotating with Stockfish. Any software that can parse the PGN for a 960 game (which will always start with a line of FEN notation to describe the starting position) and analyze games should work fine.

When I open Game id=52911534, I don't get the usual offer to have the game analyszed by computer. Why is that so?
