computer analysis taking over a week!

I finished a game against 'runvuk' on the 22nd and submitted it for computer analysis over a week ago - and it's still processing! Is anyone else having this problem?

I got a paid account and my computer analysis' come within a day or two.  I don't know if there is a correlation.

I asked chess.com and they sent a kind reply saying that they are working on a totally new system that should be here in a few days :)

we're working on it - it's taking a long time, but we have to add more machines to process!

Not too long ago I played a series of 3 minute games (11 game match) vs. a player here @ chess.com and submitted all for engine analysis.  The results took nearly a week ... not sure if that indicates something's wrong? ...

A computer analysis of one of my games has also taken over a day and is not complete...
