ok i think some1 is playing under my name n useing it its in live chess ive never been above 1000 n they show my name as being atleast 1044 if it is some 1 hacking get'em ok

 I doubt it is a hacker. Remember that you have more than one rating in live chess. Your standard rating is over 1000, but your blitz is still under. I don't think you have any reason to worry.
