Conditional Moves Question

Hello,

I am recently in a game where my opponent is hopelessly lost.  Out of spite, he has now decided to wait until the very last hour to make his move instead of just resigning, hoping I forget to move or die or something.

I've decided that conditional moves may be my best option at this point, but I have a few questions concerning this:

If my opponent has say, 3 hours left to make a move, and he then triggers a conditional move, will that one move he made reset his timer?  Or will he have to keep making moves until either all condition's are met or he makes a move that I didn't account for?

If it's the former, conditional moves are pretty much pointless at speeding up a game against such a player, as he can still do his one move per 7 days regardless of how many conditional moves I have set up.

Thanks in advance

It is the former, however it will speed up the game somewhat, as your average time per move will become zero whether you are online or not.  I think more useful in this case, though, is that you can simply set it and forget it and no longer waste any of your time and effort on this jerk.
