Connection interrupted...recovering - all the time

Why do i get this constantly?

it stops my game for a few seconds..then goes...then comes back..all the time, and does not stop...so damn frustrating

I have an excellent internet connection, and dont suffer any intermittent connection issues on any other websites.

Are you sure there is no internet traffic on the background, filling your bandwidth, like downloads, streaming videos, etc?

Some rules of the thumb for live chess: Use the latest version of Chrome (or firefox), keep your java up to date and clear your browser's cookies and temporary files (cache) regularly.

I had the same problem. I was using Internet Explorer which isn't all that reliable. Try changing to Google Chrome and see if that clears up the problem.
