I have been attempting to contact Aimchess for the past week and a half, and have yet to receive a reply...

Can I make receive support through chess.com C/S?

I have lost my premium account status, yet I am still charged a fee every month for premium account?

It has never been a full month...this has however happened several times. Usually it will last a week or so, I'll contact support, and within the week they will reply back to me and say "it seems to fine on our end." I'll check my account and it will be fine...until the next time this happens...

So, if I'm understanding correctly, you haven't unsubscribed from premium, but it sometimes delays in giving you premium features despite charging you for it?

You could contact Support here and they may be able to escalate to Aimchess support.

Hi Sheldon,

Hope you get this resolved soon. FYI I lost Aimchess premium when the DNS issue happened and I believe it was due to my Paypal subscription renewing during the outage. If you had a renewal during the 2 weeks, that might be related to the issue.

Prior to and unrelated to the shortage, I've had times when I "lost" premium. I assumed this was just related to a bad internet connection and it would come back within a day or so. Try logging into the website if you encounter these issues again, I suspect it has to do with stale info in the mobile app.
