"Could not parse response" on app in Tactics

Hello.  I'm constantly getting this message from the chess.com app when I do tactics: "could not parse response."  This is happening enough that it is messing up my ability to use the app for tactics training.  What do you recommend that I do, or is this a glitch that needs fixing on your end?

I uninstalled the app, and I'm still getting this message.  

This is frustrating, because it seems to happen more often when I get the problems correct, so it's really killing my rating.

It could be your os and not the app.  I've seen this happen when ios updates.  one of the reasons I android.  

Any suggestion on how to fix it?
