If you are trying via mobile browser then try by the full website instead. It doesn't appear to work on my mobile but when using a full browser then it works.
Not everything work works on mobile browsers.

Newest version of Firefox? I tried on the deveopers version and it worked fine. Will try a different version when I get to my computer that has it.

Hey, here is my solution for anyone else who encounters this problem. If there is any error in your FEN string (such as if you are reconstructing a game by hand and make a mistake) then nothing will show up. This is poor error handling on chess.com's part, since there's a validation error but instead the site behaves as if nothing was entered. Anyways, once I reviewed the FEN string rules and fixed mine I was able to get it working.
