Custom Challenge Problem (Daily chess)

Hi

I've played 100's of daily games of chess here with no problems until a big one recently.

Now, when I try to setup a custom challenge in daily (1 day move), even though I put in -50 to +50 on the rating selector of my opponent in the options, I keep getting opponents as that are many hundreds of ratings points above or below.

Please sort this out as I have to keep aborting these games and it takes forever to get someone to play me with the correct rating range.

If you dont then I will not be renewing membership and will move to another site.

It seems like more people have been reporting this rating problem recently in the forums.

You should send a bug report to support. Make sure to tell them exactly how you’re creating the daily challenges.

I have, about 5 days ago. Heard nothing. Won't renew membership if things stay as is

You could join a chess.com club and play in daily team matches.

I.do, but this is basic functionality really, seems like a simple fix too, it used to work.
