Hello everyone. I have been on this website for 2 years, and had to contact CS for the first time. I was in a Bughouse Tournament, and wasn't being connected in any games, despite waiting for over 20 minutes, and there were available players. First, I couldn't even get a live person, despite asking for one. They kept sending me articles. When I finally did get someone, I was told they would respond in 1-4 days. Are you kidding me?! Is this common?
The Support tool tries to answer the question with existing articles. When it transfers to staff it goes into the queue and staff can take up to the time given to respond, depending on how many tickets are in the system.
