I got a really gross and disturbing message
Can I delete it?
If so, how?

Actually, if it's bad enough to report, you should not delete it: the Support team will connect to your account, verify the message, and delete it after they've confirmed. You don't need to submit a screen shot that way either.

If they send one, they've sent others, so while keeping it for support is useful, it's probably not an issue in this case that it was deleted.
