Diamond account auto renewed - want to cancel no reply

Hi

 

My account was auto renew by paypal (I guess it was set to do this). However, I do not want a diamond subscription anymore.

I have e-mail support to have this cancelled and the funds re-imbursed but so far have not even had a reponse to acknowledge reciept of my mail

Could this be looked at please. I will also be starting a ticket with paypal on this as well

the memebership has been ended but, I have not been refunded the fee yet

Any ideas on when this will happen, also still not any response from support

Pretty pooor effort, I won't be renewing at any point which I may have done

Same case with me, I have not received the refund money yet although I already contact with billing department.

I sent the request to both general and billing department but noone reply me.
