I have problem with diamond upgrade in nutshell
2021 October 13th purchased golden subscription 30$
2021 December 28 purchased upgrade charged me 76$ Payment charged from PayPal , failed to arrive to account , after several days support manually fixed account to October of 13th 2022
since it’s not 99$
in controversy https://support.chess.com/article/1937-i-want-to-upgrade-what-will-i-be-charged
discount given technical support did not recognize this
I don’t have comments about situation....just happy new year guys from chess.com.

Thanks so much for your useful answer. I’m just a little peeved because I have some time off from work and wanted to use the extra time to brush up on some chess strategy. But since my membership hasn’t been activated, I haven’t been able to. I guess I should break out a chess book and do it the old fashioned way! Happy New Year!

I’ve emailed several times. I have upgraded to a Diamond membership but it’s still restricting my access and still giving me the option to upgrade. I have logged out and in and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times but it’s still not working. Tech support still hasn’t gotten back to me. What gives??? Very bad customer service,
