Did you do a Google search?
Did you look at the Help pages here?
What do you mean when you say you couldn't get help anywhere else?
At any rate,
you can't delete a topic. You can delete your post but the topic will remain open.
You can untrack a topic you aren't interested in following but most threads die of their own accord pretty rapidly.
Also, you can change your settings so that you don't get notified when people comment. https://www.chess.com/settings/alerts
