Diamond Membership

I upgraded from gold to diamond around a week ago. I have already had the funds withdrawn from account yet I see none of the perks of the diamond membership available to me. my email to chess.com has gone unanswered. is there an admin present that can explain to me why I am not receiving the benefits of my diamond membership?

You should write directly to support. Staff doesn't visit here much.

Thank you for your respone :)   I have already did so.   It went unanswered till today!    I've Canceled it all until they can get me squared away :(
