Diamond subscription not working

I just bought a Diamond membership in Chess.com iOS app but still, i can not access the promised contents

The app purchases don't automatically apply and require manual intervention by staff. If you don't see it applied after a day or two you might open a ticket with support.

It has been almost 2 days, i contacted support 23hours ago and i am still waiting for their reply.

Yeah, support has a lot of tickets. It can take some time but they will get back to you.

Purchases through the apps take some manual steps by staff, so it can take some time to be applied.

Having the same issue here! They definitely need to automate this as it’s a really bad customer experience. We’re using the app, which is encouraged, then we pay for Diamond through the app and yet we have to wait for days to use it?

If you bought through an app, it takes some manual steps to link. It can take longer of the payment account email doesn't match the email used on account creation.

Someembers have different emails attached to their accounts thannwhat is attached to the app stores, so it's not always easy to link accounts. I just know on the past, some members have had delays, some likely due. It's also likely there are some steps that are automatic by now.

I got it for like a week but the when I got back on it it was gone.

Btw I payed for the yearly not the monthly

Its been atleast two weeks using diamond membership and suddenly today when i log in it isnt showing me as a diamond member

Usually when that happens it's because the site wasn't able to charge the payment method.

You should open a ticket with support.
