Staff decided to change the profile. I don't know the specific reasons but it wasn't just busy work to keep their jobs. That just doesn't happen.
Did Chess.com change the profile theme?

Martin: there are more mouse clicks needed to get to information. Almost every week, I need to know the timeout rate in daily or to see the last 50 daily games. This was (at least) one click faster before.
Everyday, I also want to quickly see how many bullet/blitz/live960 games a person has played and their rating in each of those. I also want to quickly see their puzzle rating and their puzzle rush survival (all-time). There are at least two clicks to get those bits of info.
Please get rid of this. You did not improve anything. [And similarly, Live was better than Play....more intuitive].

And this is not good....the ratings are again in front of everything.....makes discrimination of members based on their rating even more large. Whats the problem with the ratings on the side?

Chat has been around for a while
The site doesn't make changes just to keep busy either. There will always be a lot of different things staff want to do, and sometimes need to do, so it's never going to be a case of work to just keep busy

I understand this is a chess site and not Facebook but the UI just sucks in general, not even specifically because of the things the staff removed. Just the way it looks.
