8 mins and three moves to checkmate!!!! and the game just vanishes. a 2 hour headache for nothing!!!

Well im super confused what happened
I was playing a game it was going good then all of the sudden the opponent "abandoned the game"
I waited for the 1 minute ressurection time but when i was 30 seconds in it abandoned the game for me even though i was on the site!! it counted down my one minute but then stopped and realized i was on
it deleted one minute from my opponent i guess because it was their mistake but then there "one minute ressurection time hit 0" AND NOTHING HAPPENED, THen guess what i "abandoned" the game again.the same thing happened over and over and it kept taking one minute away from the opponent instanltly after my ressurection time ended. so i figured i would win but when their clock hit zero, NOTHING HAPPENED AGAIN lol. We both were "abandoned" i waited for five more minutes then i message popped up saying "this game is no longer available in live" i went to my archive and it said i won on time but showed that the opponent had 6 mins left!!
SO WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!?!

Is there a way to report these disconnected games ? One of my two disconnects happened so early that it doesn't feel fair for me to keep these points..

If it happened in the first server crash, it got aborted, if in the second one somebody will lose whether on time or because he was able to connect to the server within the required time
