Hello

Can someone explain me what is Direct Encounter rule ?

For example, Player A, B and C received same points after all games played. Player A won B, Player B won C and Player A and C did not play in the tournament.

If Tie break 1 is Direct Encounter. Who is placed # 1 ? A or B ?

In that case, Direct Encounter does not apply. Yo must use the next tie break.
