Disappearing game

I usually play from android phone or tablet.
Today, I was playing a blitz game with still 2 min on the clock. Then I had a pop-up message regarding my general app restrictions, I clicked on it (worried I may have set my max chess app time too low). I literally came back to the chess.com app in 5-10 seconds and the game was nowhere to be found🫠. I clicked on play online and there was only option to start new game. Is this normal for the chess.com app? if yes when can we expect solution for reconnect?
