disappearing games

Some of my online games do not appear in the online chess window when it is my opponents turn. I was wondering why this might be happening and if there is anything I can do to see them.

Only 10 games are shown. Below the 10th one there is a link, show all, that will give you the full list

If greeter games time out they just disappear.. I am  " greeter" CURRENTLY AND 7 GAMES HAVE GONE THAT WAY DUE BEING IGNORED BY NEW MEMBERS.
