Disconnect warning doesn't appear

Sometimes I just waiting for opponent next move and it's never happen till message "You lose on time" or you abandoned game. No warings about bad connection or disconnecting. How I suppose to figure out: is this my disconnect or opponent thinking? In those situation I'm join opponent page and reupload it for confirmation that he's still in game and playing. But clearly this is...bad? What to do?
