Disconnected while playing

    I keep getting disconnected while playing a timed game. Not helpful as it gives me an extra handicap.

    Marc, you should make sure that you are using the most current version of which ever web browser you are choosing to use. Also, you should occasionally clear out your web browser cache to keep things running fast. These two tips should help to give you a more solid connection to the Live Chess on Chess.com.
