Disconnection losses

I'm in NYC with business grade ultra high speed cable Internet access.  I am constantly losing games due to abandonment, caused by lost connections.  What can be done?  It seems like this is not a problem on my side.

Problems can be caused by client issues (other processes like downloads, streaming, etc), caused by connectivity issues between your local network and the chess.com servrs, and potentially the chess.com server.

You can look at information in the following to minimize the risk.

Hello.
I also have a high-speed line that is always connected.
Even though the Internet is connected, only chess.com has been disconnected and timed out.
Many people play in real time, so I think it can't be helped.

I think it may be related to additional latency by using a WiFi connection in my home.  I see that the latency is much lower when I plug into a hard line.  Maybe that's it.

I got disconnected today, 1930 hrs, oct. 22, 2019 , I lost, but I would like my opponent to know it was not my fault.
