Disconnections

Has anyone had the problem with a disconnection during a game that seems to be the other guys computer. What has happened is that it is my opponents move in a blitz game and then we have a disonnection notice. And when we are back on it is my move and my time has almost run out?

Yes, that happens a lot.

It has happened to me too many times. I keep having message: connection interrupted-reconnecting-loading.... then...you have lost by resignation@#$%^&*&^%$#@

Yeah - it happens about every 10 seconds with me, even though the lag indicator says I have a decent connection. Has the support team offered any help?

I have not talked to the support team. I love chess. com but it was very tedious the first time I dealt with the support team. Still great site!

I am having that probloem.  I have set up a tciket but no response other than an email for more information.  It is very annoying.  I find refreshing the screen works, but by then time is lost. (when I notice the opponent has not moved for a long time, I refresh the screen, only to see that it is my turn and my clock has been running)
