well, chess.com are improving it and has (i think) recommended morzilla firefox-3. i havn't had a dissconnection yet but i know im going to have one.

What i do is wait until there is under 960 people online, instead of over 1000 which will cause lag or to many games. i've only played 6 games so im quite lucky.

Also you can make the game quick, but thats risky unless your oppenent dissconects!!!
