for me it was required to win against the final to get the nitro
I won but didn't get any message
even I didn't get told that I am not eli
I wasn't even told that I am not eligible for it

You don't have to win against all three. You just have to win or draw against one
If you're playing on one of the apps, you may need to update to get the feature that gives the dialog.
If you're on the website a browser plug-in is likely preventing it from loading.

for me i had to beat the hardest bot 1700pt and i did ...didn't recieve the button to redeem . what was shown to play again -analyze game -new bot .... the app is updated

As I mentioned, it's available on in every bot if you win or draw against them
I wasn’t able to claim my nitro it came up with an error whenever I tried to claim it, I reset the app and tried again and refought the bot and now I can’t even claim at all
